I instead recommend using the CE Smith Deep V Keel Roller Assembly for Boat Trailers part # CE10405G to replace the 11.5" roller you currently have. This will allow for adjusting it to match your boats hull. Use CE Smith U-Bolts part # CE15283GA-2 if your hardware is missing or damaged.

From what I could find it looks like your 2017 Trailstar boat trailer has the Optronics LED Combination Trailer Tail Lights # TLL160RK which are submersible and have dimensions of 8-1/16" long x 2-7/8" tall x 2-13/16" deep.

I recommend replacing your Fulton T1801 boat trailer winch with the Dutton-Lainson Hand Winch # DL17042. Fulton was acquired by First Brands in the beginning of 2023 and has had issues with manufacturing of parts including those for your Fulton winch.
